Our Customers

Customers who are not fully COVID-19 vaccinated, or who are unvaccinated, are required to wear face coverings any time they are not seated at their table. Free face coverings are available, ask our host.

Face coverings are voluntary for customers who are fully vaccinated.

Do not dine with us if you are currently experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or if you have been in contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive. Please use proper sneeze and cough etiquette.


Our Employees

Our employees sign off on a Health Reporting agreement, which requires them to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms before coming to work, and to stay home if they have COVID-19 symptoms or if they’ve had contact with a person with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19.

Face coverings are required for all employees unless they have proven to the company that they are fully vaccinated. We ask customers and employees to please remember that face coverings are not indicative of vaccination status, as individual comfort levels differ, and some may choose to continue the use of a face covering after vaccination.

Employees wear gloves when handling ready-to-eat food, but will not wear gloves while providing table service. This protocol is based on the recommendation from Public Health Madison & Dane County. Employees will wash their hands regularly, for 20 seconds or longer, which is more effective and efficient than having to change gloves repeatedly.

Employees are trained and sign off on our new physical distancing, hygiene, cleaning, and illness screening policies, and retrained on proper handwashing and sanitation procedures.


Facility Cleaning & Disinfection

Our restaurants have established cleaning schedules and increased the frequency of facility cleaning and disinfection.

Our restaurants have a plan in place for cleaning and disinfecting in the event of a positive COVID-19 case in our restaurant and will follow all guidance/requirements by Public Health Madison & Dane County and CDC.

Our restaurants are using chemicals on the EPA list (N) of antimicrobial agents that meet their criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2. We use broad-spectrum Quaternary-based hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner to clean all seating, tables, dining room, and restroom surfaces. We use Steramine Quaternary Ammonium in our kitchen, and on and around food contact surfaces.

We have installed a Global Plasma Solutions powered Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) system. This technology will dramatically improve the indoor air quality in our restaurants. Testing results released by Innovative Bioanalysis on June 2, 2020, demonstrate a 99.4% kill rate of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) when using Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization technology. This technology is proven by independent laboratory testing to be both safe and effective. Global Plasma Solutions NPBI system creates and releases ions into the airstream using the existing HVAC system as the delivery method. These ions disperse throughout the space and seek out and form bonds with particles in the air, like viruses, bacteria, allergens, dust, and mold spores. When ions attach to these particles, they combine and become larger, which makes them more easily filtered from the air. When ions make contact with pathogens, such as the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus, they disrupt the pathogens’ surface proteins, rendering them inactive.
